- “Transaction” - Refers to the process of completing an Order, including payment and processing of the letter as specified by the Customer.
- “Platform” - Refers to the online environment operated by QuicMail, including the website and any associated software or applications used to provide the Service.
- “Content” - Refers to the materials submitted by the Customer, including text, images, and documents, for the purpose of sending letters through the QuicMail service.
- “Mail” / “Letter” - Refers specifically to letters, including statements, notes, holiday letters, and similar documents, as processed through the QuicMail service. This term does not include other types of mail such as boxes, items, or certified mail. For the purposes of these Terms, “Mail” and “Letter” are used interchangeably to denote the basic letters sent through the QuicMail platform.

FRANCINE acts as both the software platform and mascot for QuicMail, meticulously designed to improve and streamline the user experience. As the software component, FRANCINE allows customers to seamlessly mail their uploaded letters directly from their computer. This process is facilitated through one-time transactions for each order, ensuring a straightforward and efficient mailing experience.
QuicMail, utilizing FRANCINE, is an online platform specifically designed to facilitate the easy and efficient sending of letters. Through our service, you can:
- Upload a PDF document of your letter.
- Select printing preferences, including one-sided or two-sided printing, and color or black and white options.
- Provide recipient addresses for delivery.
- Complete transactions securely via our digital credit card payment system.
- Receive payment receipt via your provided email address, if desired. Email addresses are not saved in our system.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use QuicMail. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
5. User Authentication and Cookies
You must be at least 18 years old to use QuicMail, or under 18 with parental supervision. By using our service, you represent and guarantee that you meet this age requirement or have obtained the express consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
